We are a building & civil engineering specialist agency, but to begin with, you don’t need to have any detailed knowledge or experience of construction, as it’s our job to train you. All we need, is for you to be keen to learn, work hard and be a positive & reliable person. The role is based in Sheffield City Centre, with the option to work from home 1 day/week, upon completion of your probationary period. Recruitment involves being on the phone, making calls to develop business and to fill the vacancies that you gain. It’s important to emphasize that we need someone with drive & motivation, particularly as your commission will be influenced by the work you put in. If you don’t think you’d be confident to get on the phone, then this probably isn’t the job for you. Full training will be provided, both ‘on the job’ and professionally certified.
