Linear Recruitment’s Rail, Power & Infrastructure Division is enjoying a fantastic 2024. As such, we are looking for an additional Consultant to join our team. If you are wanting to get into the recruitment industry but don’t know where to start, or the agency you currently work for isn’t living up to promises, this could be the break you’re looking. We are a building & civil engineering specialist agency, but to begin with, you don’t need to have any detailed knowledge or experience of construction, as it’s our job to train you. All we need, is for you to be keen to learn, work hard and be a positive & reliable person. The role is based in Sheffield City Centre, with the option to work from home 1 day/week, upon completion of your probationary period. Recruitment involves being on the phone, making calls to develop business and to fill the vacancies that you gain. It’s important to emphasize that we need someone with drive & motivation, particularly as your commission will be influenced by the work you put in. If you don’t think you’d be confident to get on the phone, then this probably isn’t the job for you. Full training will be provided, both ‘on the job’ and professionally certified. Previous recruitment or construction experience is not a prerequisite for this position, as THE most important aspect for us will be your attitude.
